Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses?

Sorry, but currently we do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order.

Should you want to have your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in 1 order).

Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of
purchase to identify the person. The second party must present any valid ID.

Is there any domestic area cannot deliver to? assures you to deliver to any serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call right after you place your order.
For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 5 business days upon finalizing the full payment. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 7-10 business days with the exception of some remote areas.

How do I use my voucher?

Vouchers can only be used during checkout.

  • At checkout, you will find a voucher code box under Wishlist located at the right side of the page.
  • To use your voucher code, enter it in the voucher code box and click "Use Voucher"
  • A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount
    You may need to log in to your account in order to use your voucher. Kindly make sure to check if the voucher has been applied to your purchase before submitting the order.

Please also note that vouchers sometimes have a minimum spend associated to them, and as such might cause your code to be invalid depending on the size of your shopping cart.

What is the minimum purchase of a Newsletter voucher?

Newsletter voucher requires a minimum purchase of $199. You need to log in to your account in order to use this voucher. Please note that the email you use for account login should be the one to which we sent your voucher code.

Can I use different vouchers at the same time?

You can only use 1 voucher/ voucher code per transaction.

How long is my voucher valid?

It varies. The expiration date is always displayed on your vouchers/ voucher codes.
Generally, vouchers/ voucher codes are valid for 30 days or less. The 30 days starts from the day you are notified that you have received a voucher.If you receive a voucher code via email, the expiry date of the vouchers/ voucher codes will be indicated in the email.

What happens if my voucher expires?

An expired voucher/ voucher code is no longer valid. But don't worry, we will remind you to use your gift before it expires.

How can I become an affiliate of your site?

You can become an affiliate by registering under the Affiliate Section.

Affiliates who sign-up with are required to pay an annual fee of $18 for their own replicated marketing website. The replicated website will allow the affiliate to run his business -- from his customer’s registration to tracking down his sales and commissions.

Are affiliates paid after registration?

To qualify as a commission-earning affiliate, you are required to make a one-time minimum purchase $99 from any of the myriad products and services at website. You can purchase at any time or right away upon registration. This is your hands-on training and experience on how the system works once a sale is closed. This will help you familiarize with the built-in sales order process flow: from accessing order page to processing an order, to shipment status to actual delivery.

You will be paid for the purchase your refer to us. We pay 50% of the commissionable amount of the total sales purchase by all your direct and repeat customers.

You will be paid an additional royalty income from 4% - 12% of the commissionable amount of sales of your team affiliates.

Top performers receive additional 3% on the total commissionable sales of the whole company plus car and vacation/ travel incentives.

Will I receive payments for the lifetime purchases from my referrals?

Yes. You will be eligible for payments for the lifetime purchases of your referrrals.

When will I receive the payments?

We pay our affiliates weekly. Cut-off for the week is every Sunday. Check is cut the following Thursday. A minimum of $99 is required for payout and the unpaid balance will be rolled over to the next month.

Do I need a website to become your affiliate?

Yes. You need a website to become our affiliate to market the products and services and to learn hands-on how the sytem works.
